Calgary Korean School cancellation policy

  1. Full refund in case of class cancellation or non-opening due to insufficient enrolment

  2. Tuition refund in case of personal reasons

    1) Before class starts: Refund after deducting the $30 registration fee
    2) Within one month of class start: Refund of tuition for the remaining class days (However, a $30 registration fee and $50 cancellation fee will be deducted)
    *The $50 cancellation fee includes textbook costs and all incidental expenses incurred due to a vacancy
    3) After one month of class start: No refund (However, eligibility for a refund will be determined if returning to Korea or submission of a medical certificate)
    4) Can be converted to a donation: The entire remaining amount can be converted to a donation without deduction of the registration fee or cancellation fee.
    A Tax-Deductible Donation Receipt will be issued

  3. Refund of Tuition Fees for the Parent Class Due to Personal Reasons

    1) Before Classes Start: Full refund of tuition fees
    2) Within One Month After Classes Start: Refund of tuition fees for remaining class days (subject to a $30 cancellation fee)
    3) After One Month After Classes Start: 80% refund of tuition fees for remaining class days (subject to a $30 cancellation fee)
    4) Convertible to Donation: The remaining amount can be converted into a full donation without any cancellation fee deduction.
    A Tax-Deductible Donation Receipt will be issued
